Taking the combined inspiration from Meret Oppenheim's 'fur teacup and saucer' and the image of Audrey Hepburn in 'Breakfast at Tiffanys', gazing through the shop window, in evening wear and holding a takeaway coffee.
The aim of this collection is to add a dab of luxury in unexpected ways, such as a fur insulation band for a take-away coffee cup (luxury to go), or luxury detachable breast pockets for tee-shirts. There is also jewellery that literally points out the luxurious detail of a Swarovski crystal pearl. Then, there are two-dimensional, Perspex perfume bottles that describe the notes of a fictional, liquid content and that's just a whiff of the little luxuries we have to present, plus the launch of The new A'N'D scent bottle concept - 'the spirit of a scent'.
The overall effect of 'a touch of luxury' is a menu of chic, witty 'things to wear' h'ordeuvres...
This is the label for our seasonal, concept collection. We use the A'N'D label to communicate the thread of inspiration from which new items of things to wear evolve.
To celebrate 10 years of 'things to wear', we are launching a new range of classic "A'N'D &" items. It will offer seasonal classics in quality materials, items that will endure through the seasons to become wardrobe favourites.
Each piece will echo the conceptual elements conceived for the main "A'N'D" label collection. A'N'D & pieces represent the spirit of our 'things to wear' philosophy.
